职位描述： *ResponsibilitiesSupport HQ Trial?Act as liaison between research-site personnel and sponsor for study implementation?Provide support to clinical study document preparation including translation, proofreading as needed.?Providing administrative support for clinical trial related affairs, including but not limited in document filing / archiving and Stationery management?Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes as needed;Coordinate local Trial?Collaborate with medical affairs team, to ensure good conducting of local NIS under supervision?Fully involved in planning phase, study execution and closure phase, and working together with NSM and NRM?Coordinate with CRO for meeting and any administrative need from site staff, including investigators and Study coordinator of site.?Provide support to local investigator meeting, or training onsite?Performing document archiving for IIT, regular update trial situation in e-system.Site Management?Visit trials sites regularly and maintain the good relationship with GCP/EC office?Assesses the trial site and applicable personnel on an ongoing basis?Ensure clear understanding of new information /regulation which focus on the clinical trial conduction from the site?Any other responsibilities and duties which may be required from time to timeQualifications?Bachelor or above in health sciences, biomedical sciences, medicine, pharmacy, pharmacology or a related discipline.?2+ yrs working experience related to clinical research in pharmaceutical industries or CRO?Good understanding of good clinical practices, standard operating procedures and regulatory context. Prefer to have CRA experience?Communication skills, and good interpersonal relationships.?Ability to work independently, coupled with management and organizational skills.?Team spirit, eager to learn and willing to share experience?Computer literacy?Good English skills both oral and written;?Availability to travel 职能类别： 临床协调员 临床研究员
