职位描述： 1. 执行公司市场部的策略，通过以下方式不断的创造需求，完成及超越完成公司的销售指标；2. 有效地将目标客户进行分级管理，了解目标客户的情况，合理安排拜访频率、确保正确的传递产品信息；3. 独立的组织面对客户幻灯演讲；4. 独立组织圆桌会，有效的与专家合作，以保证医生正确的处方习惯；5. 协助市场部举办区域的推广会议；6. 协助主管完成招标及医保事务；7. 及时准确的反馈市场信息，及时更新数据库信息及当前的拜访信息。任职要求：1. 医药学大专及以上学历；2. 有1年以上医药企业销售工作经验, 并业绩优秀；3. 为人诚实、工作积极主动；4. 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力；5. 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的关系的能力；6. 良好的创新，开拓能力；7. 以客户为导向；8. 良好的自我激励能力，愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作；9. 掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力。 职能类别： 医药销售代表
