职位描述： ? Design and conduct experiments independently to support oncology discovery and translational research.? Develop and adapt novel cell-based assays to answer scientific biological questions and facilitate MOA studies.? Analyze and record experimental data following company SOPs and DDI guidelines.? Manage biology lab routine operation including reagent/consumable purchasing, equipment maintenance and new associate scientist training.? Actively contribute to scientific discussion and data sharing on internal team meetings and other forums.? Coordinate internal and external research partners to ensure project timeline and quality.?
