职位描述： 药品注册研发总监/Drug Registration and R&D Director——有大型外资制药公司工作经验优先工作职责：制定与执行公司新产品研发计划，包括及时完成可行性分析研究、申请立项、注册申报与注册检验机构沟通协调；协助编制新产品相关技术、工艺文件及标准；收集国内外技术资料、关注产品发展动向；发现全球优质的产品，并能开发新产品项目，组织新原料和补充原料的测试和实验；对所开发出来新产品、新技术的放大生产；进行跟踪并及时改进工艺参数；对已有产品进行更新改进，采取新工艺、新材料、新技术提高产品质量；负责按照任务计划书的进度要求，检查并控制本部门工作进度，同时确保工作质量；负责及时跟踪反馈相关政策法规信息；负责和管理各种工作事项的质量、准确性，提供建议、指导方向，处理日常问题,制定详细的内部工作方法，并对人事事务提供建议；监督并协助外部合作伙伴参与的制剂处方研发工作。职位要求：硕士及以上学历，药物制剂专业或相关专业，五年以上新药注册管理经验；从事过多个新药注册、新药研发项目管理工作优先；有缓控释制剂开发经验并熟悉美国药品法规和中国药品法规；具有强烈的责任心、良好的团队精神和沟通协调能力，具有良好的团队领导力；英语听说读写熟练。 职能类别： 药品注册 医药技术研发管理人员 关键字： 药品研发总监 药品注册总监 药品注册经理 Drug Registration R&D Director Registration Manager
