职位描述： Essential Responsibilities - Own the fulfillment from Order-To-Remittance of LS orders for mainland China; - Work closely with sales team and dealers to fulfill qtrly sales; - Responsible to review & sign commercial contracts with end user, I/Es & dealers; - Owner for forecast accuracy(Qtrly), inventory Turn(Qtrly) & pastdue(Qtrly); - Work with cross functions, e.g. finance,legal,svc,etc.; - Coordinate customer complaint settlement via CSSx system; - Act as focal point of contract handling and seek opportunity to optimize order management process; - Other tasks assigned by the direct Manager About Us GE is the world's Digital Industrial Company, transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive. Role Summary/Purpose The OTR Specialist is responsible for the fulfillment from Order-To-Remittance of LS orders for mainland China, in order to support the sustainable growth for the business and meet customer requirement. Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or above in international trade or foreign trade English; - 3 years or above of work experience in import/export business or order fulfillment and management with advanced knowledge in contract management or import/export processes - Adaptive in different culture and environment; Willing to take challenges and drive changes; - Good command of Ms Office & ERP system ( Oracle is a plus ); Be analytical and sensitive to numbers; - Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of urgency and self-motivation; - Proven ability to deliver agreed result with strong execution power; - Be external-focused, clear thinking and collaborative; 职能类别： 医药销售代表
