职位描述： Analytical Group Leader – ADAMA China R&D Center, Nanjing,ADAMA China R&D Center (Nanjing) is looking for an Analytical group leader to establish and lead the effort of the analytical research. Successful candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of analytical chemistry and the experience in the field of small molecule analysis either in agrochemical or pharmaceutical industry. He/She should have strong business acumen, be able to make decisions, work independently, and be detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills. The candidate should possess the ability to pull ideas and suggestions together and to shape them into a vision and to implement the vision effectively.Responsibilities-Head a team of analytical researchers and be responsible for on-time delivery of the team goal.-Develop a high performing team driven by solid talent selection, training and development.-Responsible for people management, time management, equipment management and lab maintenance.-Be a self-starter with clear scientific and analytical thinking capability.-Pro-actively report to the R&D Director on the project assigned without follow-up.-Responsible for initiating and planning of project, providing scientific guidance, monitoring the team for progress; defining and achieving milestones.-Establish a priority matrix for the projects that support the short and long term work plans.-Timely raise issues related to projects to the R&D Director and project managers.-Ensure safe working environment for colleagues-Collaborate with Synthesis, Formulation, and Production for cross-functional projects. Coordinate with corresponding project managers globally and understand what is expected by other ends.-Be responsible for method validation and development; Ensure documentation and research records being properly maintained; Define specification of intermediates and active ingredients.-Keep abreast of the scientific development in industry and come-up with novel ideas.Qualifications-Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry - Advantage-Experience of 3+ years in analytical chemistry at least 1 year as a group leader.-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong math, analytical, and problem solving skills. Schematic and blueprint reading ability.-Demonstrated ability to attract talent, coach, develops, and retains staff.-Ability to travel as required.-Strong ability to organize prioritizes, make decisions, and delegate responsibility effectively.-Strong leadership and people-facing skills, including proficiency in verbal and written communication.-Understanding of Product Development methodologies and industry-accepted quality standards.-Able to communicate via email in EnglishLocation:-Nanjing Hi-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province, China. 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员 化工实验室研究员/技术员
