职位描述： RESPONSIBILITIES：-Closely work with local BU on complaint initial investigation;-Be responsible for complaint handled in a time manner;-Monitor the actions from complaint investigation implementation progress, and ensure the information transparent to local BU team and customers if necessary;-Lead and/or support CAPAs triggered by customer complaints and follow up;-Continuously improve local BU and distributors quality sense, especially complaint reporting related; -Figure out complaint negative trends, and closely work with local BU, Technical Service Center and GBU to settle the issue in advance;-Be responsible for field corrective actions implementation per SBU’s requirements and China recall regulation requirements in a time manner;-Understand the nonconformance of the products in the field, escalate to SBU for potential field corrective actions, and implement field corrective action if decision made by SBU;-Be responsible for the quality system objectives and quality function strategies. Experience:-General 5+ years’ experience related to medical device industry or clinical support/operation; and-2+ years’ related to field clinic working experience; or-2+ years’ sales training experience (a trainer to sales persons or doctors on product knowledge or clinic use); or-3+ years’ engineering experience or device R&D experience;-Be familiar with or understand how device is used or functions in clinical environment thus to understand how a complaint possibly comes or generates; or-Be with device engineering background in R&D or manufacturing industry thus to understand how to carry out a product complaint; or-Being familiar with post market regulations is a plus. 职能类别： 质量管理/测试工程师(QA/QC工程师) 药品生产/质量管理 关键字： 外资企业 美敦力 质量专员 高级质量 高级专员
