职位描述： Responsibilities:责任1.Get RD task done in time, like new design and product improvement ＆ development按时完成研发工作，如新设计及产品完善改进2.Prepare 2D/3D drawing 准备2维及3维图纸3.Root cause analysis: find and confirm the issue, validate the solution, report and propose the solution　问题根源分析：找到问题，确认，分析并找出解决方案　4.Release the drawing for DFM, prototype, mold modification, engineer sample, mass production.图纸释放，打样，模具修改，工程样品，及量产5.Check PPAP, get the golden unit and prepare approval form for part release. 样品报告，签样，放行6.Close cooperate with the supplier to discuss the issues and solution 与供应商共同探讨问题及方案7.Coaching, supporting to production.　　  生产支持培训8.Jig ＆ fixture development.　  工装夹具设计　　　Requirement:要求　　Education教育背景Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering机械工程，学士学历　　Experience经历5 to 8 years structural or product engineering experience in wheel chair, fitness equipment, bicycles, automotive, stroller or other mobility consumer product.5到8年结构设计，及产品工程经历，特别是在轮椅，健身器材，自行车，汽车工业，婴儿车或者其他移动消费者产品领域　　Specific knowledge专业知识1. Good skills in 3D/2D Solid Works and data management software PDM 擅长Solid Works及数据管理软件PDM2. Good understanding about injection, extrusion, casting, welding, assembly process   对注塑，挤压，铸造，焊接，及装配工艺有良好理解3. Good knowledge of material selection   良好的材料知识以便合理选择4. Smart and innovative   灵活创新5. Good skills in strength calculation and structural design.   擅长强度计算及结构设计6. Good writing, speaking and documenting in English is preferred   良好的英语书写，听说能力，优先考虑7.
