职位描述： Candidate Profile RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a second jobber with a minimum of 12 months experience either producing commercial conferences, or in a non-conference related research or sales role. The candidate will have a high level of commercial awareness and be target and deadline driven. As part of a growing company, the candidate will be required to actively seek out opportunities and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Please note that we will accept candidates with no previous conference experience, possibly even recent graduates who can demonstrate to us that they fit the desired criteria. On-the job training will be given. The candidate with medical related major will be preffered.Job Responsibilities- Research & Analysis – in-depth desk and phone based research of key subject areas and hot topics- Speaker Acquisition - sourcing, selecting and securing the participation of high level industry leading speakers- Copy Writing - sales-driven brochure, web, direct mail and email copy to drive delegate sales- Portfolio Development – topic generation to deliver a forward schedule of commercially viable topics- Project Management – driving the project team of marketing, sales and logistics managers to deliver to deadline and budget- Onsite Delivery – meticulous on-site execution of conferences to exceptional standards of customer service 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 会议策划
