职位描述： Import Registration Process Management:-In charge of managing the whole skin care products registration process end to end.-Develop and implement product registration plan for new import cosmetic products in China.-Monitor existing license validity, manage the renewal process plan and track religiously to avoid impact to importation-Coordinate with multiple parties internally and externally (with principals, brokers, CIQ registration brokers) to collect and compile all necessary documentation for the product registration-Check and ensure compliance of cosmetic ingredients registered with Chinese regulations, working with labs and brokers engaged.-Communicate with multiple internal parties from various functions to ensure alignment of product registration with sales, planning etc.-Periodically understand and get updated on skin care products registration process, regulatory change, CIQ procedures, customs or importation process change to evaluate and mitigate impact to daily operations-Able to comprehend, troubleshoot and answer question from multiple government authorities (customs, CIQ, CFDA) in regards to product registration, and manage process improvement to smoothen process moving forward.Logistics Operations Process Management:-Coordinate basic logistics process, from import customs clearance, inspection and quarantine, and file import materials record as and when requiredQualification and Requirement:-Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, or other Science related degrees.-3-5 years experience in import product registration. Experience in cosmetics industry is preferred.-2 plus years experience in logistics operations. Experience in import clearance and CIQ is preferred.-Understanding of China local regulations, guidelines and requirements, from CFDA, CIQ, customs, etc.-Good command of English. Able to communicate with overseas principals and overseas HQ colleagues.-Good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, etc-Highly responsible, be able to work independently, conscientiously and proactively. 职能类别： 药品注册
