职位描述： RESPONSIBILITIES:?Engineering lead for the Medical Consumable Group where she will lead a team of 3 engineers to provide Technical solutions to Sales & Marketing, and act as engineering liaison between suppliers & Cardinal.?Lead the team in VIP cost reduction program for Medical Consumable group.?Collaborate with Category Management, Sourcing & R&D on Project execution.?Provide Process/Equipment modification and Validation     ?Lead the Specification Optimization Initiatives to achieve best valued product for MC?Develop & Manage the Bill of Material.?Raw material sourcing & Qualification.?Generate ideas for Cost Reduction & Product improvement.?Support implementation of LEAN initiative at ProcessorREQUIREMENTS:?Possess a University Degree in Engineering?5 years relevant experience in technical services and support and project management, preferably in medical products manufacturing environment.?Familiarity with manufacturing processes, knowledge of process control and process validation.?Able to work independently, team player?Able and willing to travel extensively within China.?Good communication, interpersonal skills, good English skills, both in verbal and written.?Computer literacy 职能类别： 医疗器械生产/质量管理 医疗器械研发
