职位描述： 全球药品安全数据管理专员 Department: MRL, GDMS China DMC Report to: Manager, Clinical Data MgmtLocation: Beijing, China工作职责： 药品不良反应报告数据管理工作是药品安全管理和监控的一个重要组成部分。助理临床数据管理专员负责确保默克公司在美国以及美国以外的部分国家和地区研究或销售产品的所有不良反应报告， 在符合政策法规的时限范围内，准确、及时的录入公司内部数据库。此外，还需要与公司不同部门和全球客户进行有效沟通以及紧密合作。主要活动包括但不限于： 在规定时限内将不良反应报告录入公司内部数据库， 并发送至公司总部。 确保数据的完整性，准确性和内部数据库的一致性。 根据标准工作流程以及美国食品药品监督管理局的政策法规，决定所收到的有关默克公司研究或销售产品的不良反应报告严重程度。就药品安全以及GCP相关问题与美国总部同事进行沟通。 对新员工进行培训和指导，并提供支持和帮助。 要求： 教育：医学及生命科学相关专业本科以上学历, 医学，药学，护理，公卫, 医学英语专业优先考虑。知识与技能: o 良好的自我激励，任务管理和时间管理能力。o 优秀的英语口语和写作能力。o 优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧能力。 o 优秀的分析和解决问题能力。 o 对政策和法规具有良好的理解判断能力o 能承受工作压力，具有团队合作精神，强烈的责任感和问责意识Basic Functions & ResponsibilityUnder the direction of the Associate Manager/Manager, the Safety Data Specialist is responsible for analyzing, triaging, and processing all adverse experience information received for investigational and marketed products according to standard operating procedures for reporting to worldwide regulatory agencies by Global Safety. In addition, collaborates with staff within the organization as well as cross-functionally.Primary Activities：1. His/Her tasks depend on the process/role assigned: Registry and Case Processing, Junior PV Lead, Reviewer.· Perform registry and case assignment tasks as needed.· Perform data entry/review of all adverse experience information received and processed within safety database within the established timeframes.· Through daily case prioritization activities, reports are completed within the established timeframes to ensure compliance with internal, business partner, and regulatory agency reporting requirements worldwide.· Participate/perform in training and certification activities for PV GDO.Other activities that the Safety Data Specilaist can assume depending of the role:· Provide franchise team support by ensuring the appropriate resources such as SOPs and product/protocol guidelines are available and routinely updated to ensure the quality of reports. · Oversee redistribution of workload within franchise and across franchise with manager support to ensure reporting timelines are met.· Identify coordinator, team, franchise, training and/or processes related issues and escalate to PV liaison, PV trainer or DMC PV management as appropriate.· Actively participate and ensure effective communication with different roles in Global Safety, DMCs and other areas.· Perform case review of adverse experience information within the established timeframes to be compliant with internal, business partner, and regulatory agency reporting requirements worldwide.· Assist managers with reviewing individual coordinator report quality.2.
