职位描述： 岗位职责：1、负责公司市场营销体系的定位、推广、业务架构、运营模式、竞争战略、实施规划等方面的管理工作；2、根据公司的业务规划及产品特点制定合理的市场推广方案，并对二级经销商予以实施指导及评估，在实际运行中优化改善；3、组织内外部资源开展行业市场调研，出具市场调研分析报告并提交解决方案；4、建立完善的市场调研，消费者、产品需求、竞争对手等调研分析系统，对市场营销信息收集、处理、运用，推进大数据决策导向；5、负责营销团队管理；对新员工进行技术培训和产品知识培训；7、制定市场营销费用预算，并把控费用审批流程；任职资格：1、大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、企业管理、医学类、生物医学工程类、电子仪器类专业优先，优秀人才可放宽学历要求。2、5年以上市场营销工作经验，熟悉医疗器械行业，具备良好地经营管理知识面及营销实战经验者优先；3、具有出色的项目规划与管理能力，可以独立胜任复杂度高的综合活动计划与实施的能力；4、具有优秀的团队合作精神与领导/推动跨团队合作的能力； 职能类别： 医疗器械市场推广 关键字： 渠道 分销 ？市场 营销 拓展经理
