职位描述： 岗位职责：1、负责相关产品推广和销售工作，执行销售部拟订的市场销售计划，完成所负责区域产品的销售任务；2、根据需要拜访院方人员，对市场进行维护，同时积极拓展市场，开拓渠道，建立和维护好销售渠道，加强渠道忠诚度和提高其销售能力；3、能与客户进行基本的商务谈判，提供解决方案，对潜在客户进行定期跟踪，定期提交销售进度报告；4、充分了解市场状态，提出合理化建议，对销售人员做好培训及销售指导工作；5、定期收集、整理、反馈区域市场数据及报告，提交给上级并对公司产品推广、销售提出有价值的改善方案。6、有较强的领导能力，对销售团队日常工作中出现的问题及时发现并予以纠正。任职资格：1、本科及以上学历，医学类、生物医学工程类、电子仪器类专业优先，优秀人员可放宽学历要求；2、3年以上医疗设备销售工作经验，有较强的市场销售经验和市场嗅觉；3、有销售网络和销售关系，熟悉医院运作模式；4、良好的职业道德，良好的组织、沟通、表达能力和团队精神；5、熟练操作办公软件；6、能吃苦耐劳，承受压力，能接受挑战性的工作；7、能经常出差者优先考虑。 职能类别： 医疗器械销售经理/主管 医疗器械销售代表 关键字： 医疗器械销售 渠道维护 渠道拓展
