职位描述： The Project Manager/Project leader will assist with the development of therapeutic antibodies, and Portfolio Management. This position will play a key role maintaining coordination and communication between internal departments, and between the Corporate and its partners.RESPONSIBILITIES1.Support the development of therapeutic antibodies for unmet medical need2. Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders; develop agenda, meeting minutes, and action items for team members.3. Assist project teams and senior management with the development of realistic project planning and execution maintaining project scope, timelines and budget.4.Ensure that project timelines, milestones and cost commitments are met.5. Assist R&D groups with best practices for resource allocation.6. Act as point of contact for project reporting & update.7.Support portfolio development to achieve corporate goals.Required Skills:1.M.S. or higher in a scientific discipline.2.Superior knowledge of scheduling and resource allocation.3.Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead and influence without having positional authority.4. Very strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and written skills.5. Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must.6. Must have good interpersonal skills and experience building positive working partnerships7. Demonstrated experiences with partners, clients or CROs.8. Life science experience especially with antibody drug discovery is highly desired.9. Formal project management training and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.10.
