职位描述: 岗位职责:积极参与销售部总体策略和目标的制定及实现。根据公司总体策略制定医疗器械开发策略,并组织实施新业务开发。发展终端销售网络,扩大产品市场销售覆盖。建立医疗器械增值性销售服务架构,不断提高客户满意度,提升公司市场竞争力。建立专业化的医疗器械部销售团队, 培训、指导、激励员工高效率地完成任务。完成本部门年度预算各项指标。包括:销售、回款、A/R管理、费用管理。制定并实施销售绩效考和办法,组织实施团队业绩考核。开户时确保客户100%为药品、医疗器械经营合法企业。按照SOP流程要求,负责审核医疗器械主管提交的客户资料,复审销售定单和退换货。协助完成销售总监指派的其他任务。任职要求:医药及相关专业大专以上学历。2年以上销售管理工作经验,3以上医疗器械销售经验。有较强的业务拓展能力和解决问题的创造力及交流、协调能力。有一定的英语会话能力。有电脑操作技能好,熟练使用Excel、 Word、PowerPoint 等办公软件。忠诚企业、诚实守信,有良好的学习进取和团队精神。 职能类别: 医疗器械销售经理/主管 销售主管
