职位描述： Manufacturing at WuXi Biologics in Wuxi, China is a GMP facility site for mAb, fusion protein and other high molecular weight protein drug production. Manufacturing project leader, as the point of contact person of manufacturing, is responsible for coordinating the manufacturing activities of the assigned project, takes part in the tech transfer, manufacturing preparation, client communication and internal/external coordination. The qualified person is expected to have hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and protein purification process development or cGMP manufacturing. Job DescriptionLead tech transfer, gap analysis, manufacturing process discussion with process development group and client, manufacturing document preparation for the designated production projects; clearly understand risks in tech transfer, follow up the production readiness;Troubleshoot the issues of manufacturing, improve the efficiency of manufacturing ;Host the client visit and personnel in plant activities;Participate in review/translation of production batch records, deviation, change control, CAPA;Participate in production process optimization, ensure projects production schedule are met;Write technical and production reports.Personnel QualificationHave hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture process development (including shake flasks, disposable or stainless steel bioreactors), or protein purification process development (including the cell culture clarification (centrifuge and depth filtration), column chromatography, viral inactivation/removal, and ultrafiltration/diafiltration), or protein drug cGMP manufacturing/support;Familiar with related biological laws, principals and cGMP knowledge;Have good communication, cooperation and logical skills, can author protocol, reports and other documents assigned in Chinese and English;Adaptable and productive in a fast-paced environment;Strong team-working spirit and inter-personal skills;Good at writing, reading and speaking in English.EducationHave Doctor, Master or Bachelor degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or other life science subjects. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员
