职位描述： Job Responsibilities？Lead protein production groups for FFS and FTE projects. Recruit, train and supervise group leaders and scientists to provide best quality services.？Manage project workflow to ensure on time delivery: from initial planning, staffing, to experiment execution and data evaluation.？Work closely with PM and communicate results and address issues regularly with clients.？Develop new technologies/capabilities, improve efficiencies, and gradually expand the service scope.？Develop people and retain top performers.Qualification？MS with 10+years or PhD with 5+ years of protein expression experiences using different platforms. CRO/CMO industry experience is preferred.？Strong project management track record. Demonstrated quick problem solving ability？Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills, work well with diverse team members.？People management talent is a must. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
