职位描述： Responsibilities1.Lead or participate in technology transfers from process development to manufacturing. Conduct gap analysis and review/approvetech transfer protocol, process flow diagram and master batch records.2.Lead or participate in process validation andwrite/review/approve validation report.Responsible for process monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting process performance, maintaining the process validated state and improving the manufacturing process.3.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing process with know-how and tools for experimental investigations (e.g. qualified scale-down models) for upstream and downstream processing.4.Support product impact and root cause assessments for process discrepancies and quality investigationsJob Requirements1.Requires a Life Science/Chemical Engineering/Biochemistry or related disciplineand experience in cell culture or purification process2.B.S with 4+year experience or M.S with 2+year experience3.Hands-on expertise with laboratory procedures and operations including lab scale bioreactors and chromatography.4.Experience with GMP production is highly desirable5.Strongscientific written skills in Chinese and English. Work independently to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.6.Must have good communication and team work skill and be able to work within multifunctional teams. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
