职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:1.Acts as internal tech support to cell culture and protein recovery process for general troubleshooting, and as key liaison between manufacturing and other support team.2.Coordinates and facilitates process design, process modification and equipment change by gathering process requirements and design documents.3.Prepares /creates necessary documentation as instructed to support new project and related manufacturing activities4.Works closely with manufacturing to provide day-to-day support, including troubleshooting, alarm response and escalation5.Troubleshoot among a wide range of technical problems and issues, determine technical solution and repair with the quickest speedREQUIREMENTS:1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bioprocess industry2.Prior experience with chemical /biochemical process design or field operation either in stainless steel system or disposable single use system3.Fundamental knowledge with mass balance, heat transfer, mixing and unit operation such as liquid-solid separation4.Knowledge of process measurement, process control and DCS system5.Experience with bioprocess equipment such as centrifuge, filtration, chromatography or bioreactors is a plus6.Proficiency with MS Office, Visio or CADOTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:1.Excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership ability and ethical judgment2.Ability to work collaboratively within team and with other departments3.Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision4.Has CAN DO attitude to meet new challenge 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 生物工程师
