职位描述： Job Responsibility：?Oversee analytical method optimization, qualification/validation activities for multiple projects.?Draft and review technical documents such as methods, qualification/validation protocols and reports.?Serve as technical leader to solve technical challenges and support laboratory investigations. Communicate with internal/external partners or clients to ensure timely completion of method qualification/validation and smooth transfer of analytical methods.?Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence to proactively improve quality and efficiency.Personal Qualification：?Ph.D. or MS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biological Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience for Ph.D. and minimum 5 years for Master's.?Knowledge and expertise in the following areas: Biochemical assays such as ELISA, cell based assay, qPCR, gel electrophoresis and Western blot, enzyme activity assay; Separation assays such as HPLC, CE; Biophysical assays such as MS, spectroscopy (UV, FTIR, CD, fluorescence, etc.), DSC.?Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, fluent in speaking, writing and reading in both languages.
