职位描述： Requirements:？Setup daily process monitor system and maintain the process to continuous meet the requirement.？Resolve manufacturing or product attribute issues, making recommendations for preventive actions.？Monitor the KPI item of DBS and continuous improve it.？Advises production personnel and logistics on ways to maximize productivity and minimize scrap.？Manages projects of significant technical importance to the corporation.？Ensure completion of tasks from CAPA on schedule, Work as Lead Investigator for events and Change Owner for change controls.？Develop procedure and process to achieve global quality standard compliance. Work with others participate GQS gap assessment.？Provide quote team with information, quotes, concepts and assembling cycle time calculation？Continuously improve existing processes using design of experiments and other methods to increase efficiencies？Implement systems and procedures that assure compliance with Quality Standards？Write working instructions for assembling steps？Prepare qualification and validation documents (Validation Plan, IQ,OQ, PQ、PFEMA、CP), collecting all of qualification and validation records and make reports.？Contact with supplier for related project issues, including cooperate with process engineer and tooling engineer to contact with tooling plant for tool modification and improvement.？Maintain part number and BOM, routing in ERP system (UFIDA).？Implement ECR & ECN for product changes and coordinate with related department to make it smoothly.？Setup daily process monitor system and maintain the process to continuous meet the requirement.？Other duties as assigned.Responsibility:？Bachelor or equivalent Degree, Mechanical engineering is preferred.？At least 3 years working experience.？Lean manufacture .？have experience at transferring new project from oversea？Strong communication (verbal and written), teamwork and organizational skills in Chinese and English.？Ability to identify problems and develop and implement actions to resolve them.？Strong technical skills in assembling, automation and affiliated processes: to include secondary operations.？Know the UFIDA system or SAP system.？Ability to use CAD to determine if tooling, equipment and part designs meet requirements. 职能类别： 医疗器械生产/质量管理
