职位描述： Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:?Lead team to optimize demo inventory management process and define appropriate financial model?Lab operation related CAPEX and OPEX planning and management?Sales demo/seeds instrument application process execution and optimization by cross-functional coordination and collaboration?Take full responsibility during whole life cycle of new lab establishment regarding project scope, schedule and cost/budget.?CNAS lab managementMinimum Requirements/Qualifications?Bachelor or above in analytical chemistry or subjects related to biological Analysis??Minimum 3 years’ work experience on instrument related industries and minimum 2 years working experience on lab operation?Willing to work under great pressure, fast pace and strong competence environment.?Must be very well organized, with multi-tasking, and prioritizing ability.?Good business sense and excellent finance acumen.??The overall product knowledge in IC, LC, GC, TEA/ICP-MS, LC-MS product line is a plus.?Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese?Good communication skills and team work spirit. 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员
