职位描述： 1.管理和跟踪项目进程并定期将项目进展状况共享至服务器，确保每个项目按计划高效进行；Plan and track the project progress, regularly update and share the status to the server, ensure each project carrying out efficiently;2.设立课题人员发展规划，并依据规划对相应人员实施培训和引导；Establish staff development plan, and provide training and guidance based on the implementation plan;3.合理配置制剂研发和中试工艺研发小组及人员，设定和跟踪相应的 KPI，包括工作目标的设定与调整，及目标的评估和考核；Job matching in Formulation Development Group (FDG)/ Process Design Group (PDG) team, set and track the corresponding KPIs, including setting and adjustment work goals and the evaluation and assessment of objectives;4.激励团队人员，帮助其提升研发思维的能力，提高整体的研发实力。Enhance overall R&D capabilities of the team by motivating team members on improvement in R&D thinking process.任职资格/Requirements1. 硕士以上学历，农化、化学、制药、涂料、胶体化学等相关行业，有MBA学位者优先；Master degree or above. chemical, painting, pharmaceutical or colloid chemistry, polymers, agrochemical industries are relevant. MBA will be an advantage;2.十年以上制剂研发工作经验，至少3年以上跨国公司管理经验，具有良好的项目管理经验；At least ten years MNC’s formulation development experiences and 3 years managing experience with good experience of project management;3.良好的沟通能力，组织协调能力，熟练的英语交流能力；Good communication, organization and coordination skills; Good English communication skills;4.具备研发团队的管理经验，能对人员进行最优化的配备及安排，具备制剂研发项目的管理经验，能应对实际研发过程中的所出现的问题。With R&D team management experience, can optimize job matching by individuals; With formulation development projects management experiences. 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员
