Trumpf business focuses on providing the best solution for patients and care givers, including world leading operation tables, lights and pendants.Summary of the roleThe Service engineer will be responsible for the service quality of GSS/TRUMPF products throughout Greater China with the support from GSS service manager. You will become the knowledge base on the TRUMPF medical product range, as well as become familiar with how to do technical support for these products.You will work closely with Service & Logistic Manager, spend the majority of your time in supporting , training, coaching and monitoring distributors’ engineer to do the qualified service in order to achieve sales target; adequate supporting our customers directly are included.Principle Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe following list provides an overview of the key duties of this role, but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities of the Service engineer.1.Coach & support field engineers of distributors or service agent to do any field engineering action, including product installation, product operation, equipment maintenance, OR standby for customers..2.Prepare, set up, standby for any product demonstration / exhibition for sales / marketing department.3.Test / repair the failure product and collect the service fee if necessary.4.Build and keep close relationship with VIP customers.5.Handle customer’s service complaint, assign to the field engineers of dealers or service agent and monitor their service quality.6.Work with other TRUMPF sales people in the China business to provide ‘complete package’ solutions to customers.Experience1.Technical background, strong electronic / mechanical knowledge.2.Candidates should be Fluent in written and spoken English.3.Excellent communication skills with outer and inner customers4.Strong Windows and office software knowledge5.At least 3 years’ relevant experience gained in medical and healthcare industry preferredEducationCollege degree with specialization in electronics, bio-engineering, or relevant special field 职能类别： 医疗器械维修人员 关键字： 手术室设备
