职位描述： Responsibilities:?Proactively develop knowledge of industry & technology as it applies to the specified area of subject matter expertise to effectively support organization in identifying and growing future analytical expertise, in particular to the needs of Asia Pacific region and especially China.?Work proactively with Scientific Affairs & Technical Services and Commercial teams to understand the voice of customer and put together a plan to bring the necessary capability and technology into the West organization to support our business.?Translate, verify & disseminate relevant YBB/JBB & ChP information for West, and cascade testing requirements to owners across the West enterprise.?Integrate relevant YBB pharmaceutical packaging requirements into West structure & work with internal customers to support the Chinese regulatory process.?Support the preparation and review of Product Specifications and justification of test methods for CFDA registrations projects.?Proactively identify opportunities and develop studies to publish in the specified areas of expertise.?Build relationships and network with key technical & opinion leaders in industry and our customers in the specific area of technology.?Establish relationships with other analytical laboratories and instrument manufacturers to build future analytical technologies or to outsource when we do not have the capability in-house.?Develop business cases to purchase new analytical capabilities and present to management.?Coordinate activities with the Scientific Insights lab, laboratory operations, Innovation & Technology and other functions as needed to assist in delivering new analytical technology and services.?Attend, present and represent the analytical services organization at tradeshows, seminars, etc. as specified.?Responsible for implementing new technology and training the lab operations team on how to utilize it.?Acts as the technical owner of the analytical area in identifying anything needed to support customers, products and coordinate closing the gaps with other functions. As an example, they should work with the TCS group to understand what analytical technical needs our customers’ needs that we cannot currently support.?Have an in-depth understanding of and be able to communicate/educate the team on the fundamental testing and technology related the specified area of expertise.?Other duties as assigned based on business needs.?Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.?Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.Requirements:?Minimum of Bachelor of Science in a Technical Discipline, graduate degree a plus.?Minimum of 5 years of experience relating to area of expertise?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.?Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Packaging or Biotech industry.?Acknowledged industry expert at targeted technology area.?Willing to travel 20-30%.Location: Shanghai or Beijing 职能类别：其他
