职位描述： Requirement:1. Bachelor’s degree or above;2. Over 5 years’ working experience, among which at least 3 years in GR related position2. Has a thorough understanding of government working procedures, maintain positive and constructive relationship with related departments in government offices in both strategic level and operational level; previous GR experience in education circle is a great plus.3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; good communication skills in both English and ChineseProfessional, hands on, down to earth, attention to detail, creativeJob description:1. Overall responsible for GR mainly in Beijing, and other nearby cities.2. On a strategic level, market EF as a premium and positive educational brand and a corporate social citizen to all related government departments that may have influence upon policy makings on education, training industry.3. Very familiar with all updated government rules and regulations about education and training industry, provide sensored information and trends analysis to management team.4. On an operational level, establish and maintain constructive relationship with related departments in government offices across all levels. Support the company in obtaining various licenses for the regional expansion.5. Provide professional consultancy and solutions in crisis management.Fully understand company’s development strategy, and provide training to internal product lines in government policy trends analysis;6. Strengthen relationship with central government officials of SAIC, MOE, MOFCOM, and their local agencies, with the objective of ensuring a better operation environment for EF China.7. Monitor the development of government policy trends, alert the senior management of any potential changes in public policy and advise how the changes may impact EF’s business, and influence the regulators in developing public policies relevant to EF, leveraging various direct and indirect channels 职能类别： 政府事务管理
