职位描述: Position Summary:职务概述:To develop and grow ADInstruments sales in line with the company’s objectives. 依据公司发展目标,促进公司销售业务的发展。Essential Duties and Responsibilities:主要职责及责任:· Ensure revenue targets for sales staff are achieved within the responsible territories. 确保所负责区域的销售人员完成既定销售目标。· Establish and lead regular sales meetings and conference calls with the sales team. 定期组织召开销售人员(电话)会议。· Manage, lead and coach the sales team to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability. 管理、指导销售人员,确保其在能力、知识、客户服务、业绩诸方面持续发展。· Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary sales skills through coaching individuals in the field and personally observing the performance of representatives on a regular basis. 通过现场指导及定期亲自督查,保证销售人员均具备必须的销售技巧。· Monitor, motivate and empower sales staff in the sales execution system. 监督、激励并帮助销售人员遵循“高效执行4原则”。· Implement new sales strategies and techniques with the sales team. 与全体销售人员共同执行新定销售策略、运用最新的销售技巧。· Monitor lead pipelines and Salesforce.com activities. 对各种销售机会及Salesforce.com 的各种活动进行管理。· Develop an accurate and realistic annual budget plan with the sales team and monitor performance to budget in conjunction with the Regional Manager.与全体销售人员共同制定精确、务实的年度预算计划;并与区域经理共同监管预算执行情况。· Develop and execute monthly and quarterly reports in a timely and efficient manner. 高效、及时制定并执行月度或季度报表。· Prepare monthly sales forecasts for the upcoming three to six months. 提前3个月至半年制定月度销售预测报告。· Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in each territory. 与各区域的重要客户发展、保持业务关系。· Attend trade exhibitions.参加贸易展览会。· Recruit, induct and mentor new sales staff in conjunction with the Regional Manager.与区域经理共同招聘销售人员,并进行入职指导。· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the ADInstruments team.与公司团队的其他成员建立并保持有效的工作关系。· Other related tasks as required.其他一些相关职责要求。Relationships关系 Reports To: Regional Manager - China上司: 区域经理中国Supervises these Positions: Scientific Sales Specialists / Sales Representatives负责如下职位: 销售代表Functional Relationships with: All ADInstruments staff工作关系: 所有 ADInstruments 员工Customers客户Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Education:知识/技能/经验/教育背景:· A tertiary qualification in the life sciences or biomedical engineering. 生命科学或生物医学工程专业高等教育学历。· Sales management experience. 销售管理经验。· Excellent communicator with the ability to lead and motivate the sales team and effectively engage with customers. 良好的沟通能力,能够领导团队,激励员工,并与客户进行有效沟通。· Ability to develop sales team members within their roles. 能够帮助员工发挥其能力。· Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently. 积极主动;具备良好创新思维及独立工作能力。· Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. 良好的组织能力以及时间管理能力。· Strong relationship and networking skills.良好的人际沟通能力。· Commercially astute with strong negotiating skills. 具有商业洞察力和突出的谈判能力。· Knowledge of Salesforce.com is desirable.熟悉了解Salesforce.com网站。· Ability to work effectively under pressure. 能承受各种工作压力。· The drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals.对实现个人及公司发展目标充满热情。· The ability and willingness to travel. 能够接受出差任务。 职能类别: 生物工程/生物制药 关键字: 销售经理
