职位描述： 岗位职责：·The candidate should have hands-on analytical experience for protein therapeutics (preferably monoclonal antibodies), and have strong expertise in analytical and characterization skills·Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between Development, Quality, and Manufacturing functions for driving technical skills to meet functional needs·Familiar with current training program in each functional areas任职资格：·MS degree and at least 4 years industry experience, or BS at least 6 years industry experience, Prefer having Wuxi-Biologics experiences.·Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as ability to manage and execute programs·The candidate should have hands-on purification experience for protein therapeutics (preferably monoclonal antibodies), and have strong expertise in downstream process·Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between Development, Quality, and Manufacturing functions for driving technical skills to meet functional needs·Familiar with current training program in each functional areas 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 生物制药 技师培训
