职位描述： POSITION SUMMARYPrimary responsibility to sell Maldi by working with current customers and develop new customers. Responsible for the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, installation or delivery and post-sale services to a group of clients. Build and develop distribution channel in responsible areas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.Achieve sales target in responsible area and region2.Build, develop and coordinate with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs.3.Build up strong relationship with KOLs.4.Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities.5.Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.6.Calls on current and potential customers.7.Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.8.Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.SKILLS AND ABILITIES1.Good communication and negotiation skill2.Customer focus and result orientated3.Channel management ability4.Team player5.Good computer skill (word, excel, PowerPoint)DESIRABLE1.At least 2 years sales/application/technical support experience in Pharma/Medical Devices2.Master degree with Bio-related background. 职能类别： 医疗器械销售代表
