职位描述： POSITION SUMMARYThe primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the commercial business in all aspects of Tender Administration. To pro-actively manage the Tender process for the respective Provinces/Regions/Business Units assigned to the position to ensure that all are completed and submitted in an accurate and timely manner / communicated / set up and that tender requirements are met. This is a critical role within to ensure consistency and accuracy is maintained for enhanced customer service and profit performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1>In charge of management and maintenance of tendering database.2>Promptly inform and organize different BUs to participate the bidding work for tenders. Follow tenders requirements to prepare necessary files and submit them in time.3>Tracking bidding progress, focus on every link of bidding process, especially the quotation, negotiation, published results and won the bid confirmation, and involved.Collect the bidding result.4>Providing secretarial service and support to Director(including expenses reimbursement, meeting prepartion and meeting minutes, etc.)5>Other work assigned in the company.JOB REQUIREMENTS1>Working experience in medical apparatus and instruments field.2>Familiar with document information management, skilled abilities in writing (including WORD, powerpoint, etc.) and data entry and analysis ability (including EXCEL, etc.);3>Good team work spirit, good interpersonal communication skill and able to work under pressure.4>Good executive ability and communication ability.5>Understand the importance of the bidding work, serious and careful work.BUSINESS TRAVEL FREQUENCTY0 职能类别： 销售行政专员/助理 招投标管理
