职位描述： Department Description:Polymer Research & Development CenterTasks DescriptionDuring your traineeship you will establish your network in the global Covestro Organization regarding overarching topics related to digitalization, sustainability or material science. From the beginning and during your 24-months employment in different regions, business units and functions in our headquarters and foreign subsidiaries you will take over exciting fields of activity. During the traineeship you will get following tasks:? You will support and lead new, interdisciplinary projects/studies under the guidance of your manager and mentor? Your new role will include the conceptualization, implementation and evaluation of studies/experiments as well as the interpretation of the results by presenting them to diverse committees? You will be responsible for the conceptualization as well as for the continuous development and optimization of models, processes or methodse.g simulation methodsRequirements Description? PhD degree (with Double degree/MBA preferred)? Major in Science (Prefer in Polymer area: Chemical, Physics, Mechanical engineering)? Fresh graduate, preferred with 1-2 years internship experience during school in MNC (combined with study, innovation related, R&D, Post-Doctor, Project, and Startup)? International experience (at least 3 months abroad such as exchanging study, internship, etc)? Proficient in English? Gain certain Project Management Experience and show Commercial Sense?
