职位描述

职位描述： 要求：细胞生物学，生物化学与分子生物学或相关专业毕业，具有硕士学历 （两年及以上工作经验）或本科学历（三年以上工作经验）；掌握哺乳动物细胞培养及相关细胞实验技能；拥有建立稳转细胞系，挑选及鉴定蛋白或抗体高表达细胞株的相关知识和工作经验；具备蛋白或抗体表达和纯化的知识及经验。 能够熟练的查阅相关专业英文文献，学习能力强； 具有良好的责任心及团队协作精神，有强烈的事业心和进取心。职责描述：1.负责建立稳转细胞系；2.挑选及鉴定高表达的细胞株；3.小量抗体的表达及纯化；4.高表达细胞系的培养，维护及储存；5.发现并解决实验过程中出现的问题、或改善优化实验流程；6.用英文清晰, 准确, 详细地完成实验记录和实验报告, 并能进行基本的英语交流；7.积极与其它团队沟通合作, 勇于创新。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 抗体 蛋白 生物工程 生物医药 生物制药 生物科学 生物技术 药物化学 医药研发 制药工程
