职位描述： ICON Clnical Research is Whole Owned Foreign Company which founded in 1995 in Ireland.We expanded our business from 1996 in APAC region.In China, we set up our branch office in 2005 after got more confidence about the business and talent market. Right now, we already set the HQ in Beijing from 2008 and own over 200 employees in our China offices, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan and Tianjin branch.Currently we are hiring the Project Manager position role in China. This role will take charge of the overall coordination, implementation and completion of regional/global cross-functional projects including consistency with ICON SOPs, study contracts and budgets. We can accept all the one who comes from either Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou. We also provide the home based type for this role. The major areas which prefers are the following:1.With 2+ years’ experience in PM skills, at least8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/clinical research industry;2.Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant regulations and a basic knowledge of the drug development and clinical trials process;3.Previous experience within the industry including a satisfactory progression of responsibility and relevant experience working within a project team within clinical, DM, Statistical management etc.4.The experience in leadership and/or management activities for a satisfactory progression is required;5.Project management experience which is out of China is preferred;6.Excellent communication ability and skills for interacting among internal & external customer, especially in English;7.Diploma or above education background, major in clinical or pharmacy area is preferred.Comparing with our competitor and pharmaceutical companies, we provide more flexible and reasonable working platform for coach and educate the new comer to be a professional person to concentrate on relevant industry.
