职位描述： 职位描述：工作职责：1. 设计抗肿瘤新药筛选的体内药效学实验平台并开展研究；2. 及时、准确、完整、科学地记录实验结果，并审核数据，分析问题，总结实验报告；3. 查阅文献，跟踪相关领域的新药研发进展，并提出建议；4. 跟踪新技术或新方法，并能运用于项目研究中；5. 指导研究人员或技术员的工作，并定期与上级讨论项目进展的情况；6. 严格遵守科学和商业道德。任职要求：1. 具有硕士及以上学历学位；具有药物研发公司或学术机构从事肿瘤学研究工作经验，有肿瘤免疫学研究背景者优先；有抗肿瘤新药筛选研究经验；有相关的正式科研论文发表。2. 熟悉免疫学研究相关实验技术和方法，如流式细胞术、免疫细胞功能分析、酶联免疫检测 （ELISA）等；具备基础分子生物学实验技能，如分子杂交和印迹技术、聚合酶链式反应、核苷酸序列分析等。3. 熟悉动物实验操作技术，能够独立进行肿瘤模型建立和开展药效学实验4. 熟练检索新药研发相关文献资料，具有较好的英文文献阅读能力5. 具有归纳、总结、处理复杂数据的能力6. 具有较强的技术创新精神和独立工作能力，注重细节，责任心强7. 具有较强的承受压力及良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。Duties and Responsibilities:Establish the research platforms for screening new drugs with good anti-tumor efficacies and do the experiments.Generate accurate, scientific and complete records of all experiments in time, audit data, analyze questions and make the study reportsPerform literature searches to collect information from a spectrum of sources, track the progress in related targeted anti-tumor drugs research and development, originate novel ideas and contribute good suggestionsFollow new techniques/ technologies and implement them in the project researchSupervise the work of the scientists assigned and discuss routinely with supervisor the status of assigned programs and potential problemsStrong commitment to scientific and business ethicsQualifications:Master degree; working on cancer research from a pharmaceutical or academic setting is preferred; having experience in screening new anti-tumor drugs and related formal scientific publications. Experience in immune-oncology is a plus.Good hands-on experience in immunological assays: multi-color flow cytometry (FACS), T cell function assays, ELISA etc; familiar with basic molecular biology technologies, such as molecular hybridization & blotting, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), nucleic acid sequence analysisFamiliar with animal experiment technologies, able to establish tumor models and test anti-tumor efficacy independentlyBeing skilled to retrieve relevant literature and good in reading English articlesAbility to organize, summarize and communicate complex data sets in a clear and concise mannerAbility to be creative and work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibilityAbility to bear high pressure and to communicate and collaborate well with the team 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 生物工程 生物医药 生物制药 生物科学 生物技术 药物化学 医药研发 医药技术 化学制药 制药工程
