职位描述： 1) Required training and education:1.Bachelor or above degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Software, IT, Automatic)2) Required professional experience (in years):1.Several years of professional experience, in the field of research and development (R & D), ideally in medical device.2.At least 3 years’ experience in project management, not necessary as a full time PM , leading a technical team is preferred.3) Important personal qualities:1.Previous experience in a multi-national company2.Expertise in project management as well as professional use of all relevant methods on project planning, controlling, and evaluation3.Must be self-motivated, taking ownership and the ability to handle a wide variety of work assignments while meeting tight timelines.4.Very good communication skills and ability to deal with conflict, strong evaluation and decision-making skills as well as the ability to delegate5.Structured work approach, process oriented person4) Other specialized knowledge:a) Technical knowledge1.Knowledge in the areas of software, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, system engineering, dialysis procedures2.Knowledge of applications relevant to R & D (such as risk management, requirements management, etc.)b) Languages1.Very good knowledge of written and spoken English2.German is nice to havec) IT skills1.Good at using Word, Excel, PPT, etcd) Product knowledge1.Nice to have Hemodialyis knowledge5 ) Special personal requirements:1.Willingness to international travels 职能类别： 医疗器械研发
