职位描述： Job Title: Clinical Pharmacokineticist Job description1. Our company is seeking an experienced Pharmacometrician/Clinical Pharmacokineticist to join the DMPK Department.2. The DMPK Department is part of the research and development organization and provides expertise to both discovery and development projects.3. The successful candidate will mainly be providing support to Auwekare´s clinical development projects in the area of oncology. Primary responsibilities include designing, analyzing and reporting of pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) data in all phases of clinical pharmacology studies as well as preparations of documents for regulatory submission.4. You will represent DMPK in cross-functional project teams. This is a permanent full-time position. You will be located at our R&D site located in Guangzhou. Your profile1. Master or equivalent experience in the field of pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacokinetics2. 3 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry in all clinical phases including the planning, data analysis and reporting of clinical PK and PK/PD studies or sub-studies3. Proven track record of extensive experience in population modeling and simulations4. Experienced user of PK and PKPD software (e.g. WinNonlin/Phoenix, NONMEN, Gastro plus and SimCYP).5. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.6. Experience of interactions with regulatory authorities7. Experience of writing reports and DMPK parts of IMPD/IND/IB according to regulatory requirements. Drug development experience within the area of oncology is an advantage Competencies and skills1. Ability to handle contributions to multiple clinical pharmacology programs, simultaneously2. Good leadership skills3. Preferably experience from both big and CRO organizations4.
