职位描述： Description--This position will be responsible for establishing and operating a quality control lab to achieve the successful delivery of GMP analytical needs.--This position will be responsible for overseeing the proper installation, qualification and change control for QC equipment.--This position will support test method development, transfer (internal and external), qualifications and validations as required.--This position will be responsible for managing a team of staff to achieve high performance levels and will be accountable for staff effectiveness;--This position will be responsible for assuring that GMP QC systems are appropriate.--This position will facilitate communication across functions and with external partners/collaborators;--This position will develop and manage functional area capital and expense budgets, and develop models for resource, economic, and/or process analysis;--This position will be responsible for driving and facilitating continuous process improvement and for developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Requirements--Ph.D. in scientific discipline with 6-12 years of industry experience or BS/BA in scientific discipline and 15+ years of industry experience.--Direct involvement in the development and implementation of GMP QC laboratory systems.--Expert knowledge of cGMP requirements and experienced in the development, validation and transfer of analytical methods.--Proven ability to manage staff to achieve high performance; organize and prioritize functional area tasks to achieve results, and accurately assess staff performance.--Strong communications skills are required; ability to clearly communicate and accurately present scientific/technical information, both formally and informally, to a diverse set of audiences, including senior management, external partners and the scientific community. 职能类别： 药品生产/质量管理 医疗器械生产/质量管理
