职位描述： 1.Analysis Candidate must have strong molecular technical skills and have experiences in performing PCR assay studies from sample preparation, assay performing and results.2.Exhibit strong scientific acumen, with ability to develop research/service proposal, solve problems of complexity via independent planning, design, execution and interpretation of experiments.3.Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills and have demonstrated the ability to work independently to design experiments, interpret data, troubleshoot, and suggest next steps.Preferred:1.Experience in nucleic acid detection techniques: copy number variation detection, somatic mutation assay etc.,2.Experience in liquid biopsy techniques such as CTC and exosome isolation from blood following with RNA/DNA analysis.3.Experience in proposal and quotation preparation.Education:1.For senior scientist :BS/BA degree with a minimum 7 years of industry or academia experience; or a MS degree with 3 years industry or academia experience; or PhD with 1 year experience in industry or academia, preferably in molecular and liquid biopsy assay area.2.For scientist: BS/BA degree with a minimum5 years of industry or academia experience; or a MS degree with 2 years industry or academia experience; or preferably in molecular and liquid biopsy assay area. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发管理人员
