职位描述： 医学总监（临床研究，博士优先）-集团制药板块工作职责：1.负责集团和/或成员企业新释药物及肿瘤创新药物临床开发策略制定和临床方案设计；2.集团重大投资项目的医学情报分析/评估和医学支持战略决策；3.临床试验管理和SOP体系建立；4.临床研究和医学策略制定、执行；5.医学支持和数据发表。任职要求：1.医学硕士以上学历（本科/硕士/博士任一专业为临床医学相关）；2.有在外资制药公司担任医学经理或CRO公司担任MA，有心血管产品或肿瘤代谢产品的临床研究（I期、IV期）；3.熟悉临床研究（I期）的方案设计，对撰写方案有丰富的经验；4.具备优秀的沟通能力，熟悉医院相关科室的运作流程；5. 具备优秀的英文听说读写能力。 职能类别： 临床研究员 医药学检验 关键字： 医学总监 医学经理 MA 医学顾问 MRO 临床试验 临床实验
