职位描述： Primary Function:1)Develop, perform and interpret in vitro oncology and immunology assays to support antibody lead and candidate selection.2)Support the biology team on cell culture and cell-based function study for project-related molecules.3)Participate in internal cell-based assay platform development.Responsibilities:1)Align with the overall goals of the team and support multiple project-relevant area.2)Evaluate the bioactivity of molecules and elucidate the mechanism by performing required molecular and cellular assays.3)Support the biology team on the culture, maintenance and characterization of mammalian cells for project-related molecule interaction and function study.4)Establish cell-based function assays based on readouts including proliferation, differentiation, cytotoxicity, activation, flow cytometry, mRNA expression, etc. with human and mouse primary or engineered cells.5)Manage external CROs to execute experiments, supervise and monitor CRO activities to ensure the study and data quality.6)Explore new experimental techniques for the establishment of assay platform for lead characterization.7)Interpret, analyze, trouble-shooting results.8)Present data to discovery team.Qualifications:1)Bachelor with 2+ of experience, Master with 0-5 years of experience in relevant area of research.2)Background knowledge in cancer biology and/or cancer immunology is mandatory.3)Expertise with flow cytometry, cytokine release, cytotoxicity and proliferation assays is strongly preferred.4)Previous experience in target validation, assay development and drug screening is preferred.5)Practical experience with analysis software such as FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Excel is a plus.6)Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people, internally and externally, are required.7)Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and capability to multi-task is essential.8)Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are required. 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 新药研发 科学家 实验 免疫 肿瘤
