Role Summary/PurposeThe leader of tele-sales team for implementing the company B2B/B2C strategy. Working closely with Marketing, IT and Finance departments to meet online customer expectation as well as dealers on purchasing the company products. To provide feedback of customer, competitor, market, product information and business strategy and plan for eCommerce.Responsibilities?System and process build up for eCommerce function including but not limited to web purchase and SFDC etc., take direct responsibilities to make sure the efficiency and data accuracy;?Sales revenue owner for eCommerce target;?Be responsible for sales and dealers contract management and work as the interface among sales, finance and legal;?Collect customer feedback and link it to resource allocation for dealer excellence and internal best practices;?Sales data collection, update, analysis and processing;?Maintain effective communication with customers and handle orders;?Assess/Identify ways in which eCommerce can be used/developed;?Understanding of the market opportunities, create and execute eCommerce Plan;?Align with the global eCommerce strategy and leadership, regional business plan and marketing strategy to maximize business in China region;?Team development and management;?The leadership team member of sales organization.Qualifications/Requirements?Bachelor degree in life science or Relevant degree or professional experience (MBA or bio logistical science degree preferred)?5+ years professional leadership experience in sales/marketing?Very good technical and/ or bioprocess knowledge Language proficiency in English,?Good project management skills, i.e. experience to motivate and lead multi-functional, cross-cultural project teams?Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels?Strong results-orientation Process skills People Management skills?High work standards: reliable, responsive and attention to detail Demonstrates solid R&D Values and Growth Traits 职能类别: 销售经理 生物工程/生物制药
