1.0工作描述JOB DESCRIPTION1.1Be responsible for microbiology test as per requirement        1.1.1Microbiology test, such as bioburden, sterility, microbiology identification, endotoxin test, CCIT, water and EM testing and so on;        1.1.2Lab management: media, strains, reagents, instruments, clean room and etc.        1.1.3Raw records and reports.1.2Be responsible for documents draft and managementWrite and revise analytical method, protocol, report and other technical documents.2.0人员资质 PERSONAL QUALIFICATION2.1Bachelor (including college student and associate degree) or Master degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biological Engineering, or other related field.2.2Basic understanding and knowledge of GMP and quality systems.2.3Knowledge and expertise in at least one of the following fields:Microbiology, water testing and EM testing techniques, such as sterility, bioburden, endotoxin etc,2.4Fluent in writing and reading in both Chinese and English.2.5Critical thinking, scientific reasoning and problem solving skills2.6Good computer operation skill, intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
