职位描述

组建无锡ADC基地工艺设备的维护保养团队，并提升团队的运行能力；Establish team & improve maintenance ability of process equipment at Wuxi ADC site. 带领团队协助使用部门对新设备进行调研、试车；Lead the team to assist used department research & commissioning for the new epuipment; 负责按照预防性维护保养的计划完成定期的维保工作；Responsible for according to the preventive maintenance plan complete the regular maintenance work; 负责确保工艺设备的正常运行，满足公司生产计划的需要；Responsible for ensuring the normal operation of the process equipment, meet the needs of the company the production plan; 确保团队EHS、GMP和其它监管法规的合规性；Ensure that team EHS, GMP and other regulatory compliance; 带领团队支持工艺设备的确认和验证工作以及公司的GMP的认证工作；Lead the team to support the qualification and validation of process equipment and company's GMP certification work; 完成公司主管布置的其他任务；Accomplish other tasks come from company executives;     任职要求Requirements 大专以上工科学历，过程装备与控制工程、机电一体化、等相关专业；College above degree in engineering, process equipment & control engineering, mechanical and electrical integration, and other related professional; 3年以上的药厂工作经验，具有相同工作经历者优先考虑；More than 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry, with the same working experience is preferred; 良好的团队合作和协调能力，良好的语言表达和组织能力，较好的人际沟通能力；Good team cooperation & coordination ability, good language expression & organization ability, good interpersonal skills; 经历过GMP认证工作，有FDA cGMP或EU GMP认证经历者优先考虑；Experienced the GMP certification, the FDA cGMP or EU GMP certification experience is preferred; 熟练使用CAD和Office操作软件，英语流利；Familiar with CAD & Office software operation，fluent in English; 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
