Essential Responsibilities 1 Personnel - Maintain a safe place of work for his/her responsible area. - Monitor Operators performance and identify training needs. - In conjunction with supervisor, organize operator’s area allocation, overtime and shift when so required. 2 Operation management - Maintain a high level of housekeeping and paperwork standards in adherence with cGMP and AHC SOPs. - Complete necessary documentation (batch records for preparation, logbooks) is filled in accordance with regulatory requirements. - Area responsible person for control of batch documentation: organizes filing arrangements, archiving and retrieval when necessary. - Ensure that all documentation is reviewed and inputted to meet ship dates. - Monitor line performance, achieve daily/weekly production targets. - Compile daily shift report. - Achieve daily/weekly production targets. - Involved in the selection and recruitment of operators. - To participate in the process when it is necessary. - Writing and updating SOP’s as required. - Identify and replenish the consumable requirements. 3 Quality management - Aim and work in order to eliminate deviations within his/her area. - Responsible for the continuous quality of production. Role Summary/Purpose The Preparation Lead Operator is responsible for the dispensary and the preparation steps at the Injectables Department. The Preparation Lead Operator should co-ordinate and supervise his/her responsible area’s activities. The Preparation Lead Operator should work closely with the area personnel and to ensure that the appropriate system is in place and update. The Preparation Lead Operator is also responsible for the practical validation activities at the Injectables Department. Qualifications/Requirements • 5y experience in pharmaceutical; • College education with major in Pharmaceutics or Pharmacy; • Good at English and computer • Be flexible with shift running 职能类别： 药品生产/质量管理
