职位描述
Sourcing new suppliers for products and negotiating for the best price without comprising on product quality.MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)？Identifying new suppliers for Healthcare/Diagnostic products based on manufacturing, quality and innovation capabilities.？Ensure the availability of up to date supply market information.？Ensure that business requirements are covered when qualifying suppliers for the approved supplier list. Be accountable for that only qualified suppliers are used.？To negotiate for the best price without compromising on product quality.？To carry out supplier qualification and development independently.？Work closely with international business associates in advising them on outsourcing solutions and cost savings.？Other tasks assigned by line manager.QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications) Demonstrated strong manufacturing and sourcing knowledge in production environment with at least 3 years of experience in the relevant industry.？Working experience in IVD, POCT instrument area is a plus？Engineering degree/Diploma in Biochemistry, Biology 职能类别： 采购员 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： IVD POCT 体外诊断
