职位描述

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)Supervisor (Facilities Support & Logistics)1.Responsible for daily operation management of master stock room for POU items, appoint stockroom for high value items and escrow stockroom for exit items, lab goods receiving, sample delivery, gas cylinder management. Suggestion for associated service plan.2.Responsible for specific service document (WI, SOP, Workflow)/ (refresh) training management.3.Support site manager to fulfill global service level agreement (SLA), inventory metrics, KPIs, CIP.4.Responsible for local reports, services quarterly business review (QBR) data preparation.5.Responsible for team members’ work/shift arrangement and dispatching; responsible for daily work inspection and report.6.Support site manager’s people management, including monthly assessment, quarter review, half year PMP and other VWR HR requirements. Be part of the interviewing/ hiring/training of new employees.7.Inventory management improvement, including three level stock room & shelf safety stock level maintenance, items consumption analysis and optimization and data maintenance.8.Responsible for service data analysis and improvement proposal generation.9.Be responsible for daily operation of hazardous UY stockroom as the role of "stockroom keeper"？QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)？College Associate Degree/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Biochemistry, (Biology, Chemistry) or equivalent majors.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)？Written and spoken English capability.？Familiar with office software.？Strong communication skills and people-managing skills.？Customer-centric, Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result oriented 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： 实验室运营 实验室后期 实验室管理
