职位描述
Position Summary:Provide timely analytical support to product development as well as product sustaining including but not limited to drug compatibility study, API/Excipients analysis, pharmaceutical packaging material analysis, drug product analysis, medical device analysis, stability sample testing, etc.Responsibilities:1.Independently develop/validate high quality analytical method to support product development as well as product sustaining to ensure on time completion of projects.2.Perform quantitative analysis, E/L testing and analytical troubling shooting within GRD.PEC.SCC in a timely manner.3.Co-ordinate external partners to complete the testing in a timely manner4.Compiling high quality analytical procedure, tech package or SOP as required.5.Close team work with support product development as well as product sustaining groups to facilitate project progress.6.Identify and introduce new analytical technologies, new techniques/equipment and modify equipment or procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.7.Work in conformance with cGMP or 5S concept, company policy, SOPs, and safety regulations.8.Coach interns to conduct analytical testing9.Actively identify areas for improvement in laboratory processes and implement new measure to improve efficiency.Qualifications任职资格:Education background:1.M.S. or Ph. D in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biotechnology with background in pharmaceutical development and analysis.Work experience:1.1-3 years. Fresh graduate with high potential also acceptable.2.Experience in drug/pharmaceutical packaging material/medical device analysis is desirableCompetence and skills:1.Solid know-how knowledge of contemporary analytical technology. Rich experience in modern chromatographic technology including LC, GC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, GC/MS, Prep LC, etc. is a must.2.Quick learner with excellent ability to learn new knowledge and technologies.3.Results driven, committed and accountable with excellent organizing and planning skills.4.Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal communication.5.Fluent English reading and writing is a must and fluent oral English preferred.6.Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office & chemistry applications software.7.Good communication skills on technical area, major interface between functional departments and external labs8.Good communicator, coach / influencerWorking Conditions :1.Working conditions are in an office, laboratory and/or manufacturing environment.2.Occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required.3.Travel up to 10% of time may be required.
