职位描述

1. Primary Purpose of Job:The senior business development manager will represent Elpiscience to manage and execute partnering activities worldwide. 2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities:Working with senior management (CEO, CSO) and representing Elpiscience to manage overall business development activitliesSpecific responsibilies include search of opportunities, scientific assessment, business rationale, due diligence, negotiation and closing of deals. Be professionally accountable and deliver against agreed tasks in time with quality.3. Qualification and Experience:Education/Qualifications Strong scientific acumen with a PhD with a minimum of three years of life science industry experienceDemonstrated ability to drive deep in science and provide insights towards translational abilities of new technologies in life science. Cancer biology and/or immunotherapy background is strongly preferred. Business development (BD) experience or demonstrated potential in similar capacity is preferred but not a must.MBA or consulting experience is a plus, but not a must.Job Required Competencies Positive and can-do attitudeCuriosity and willingness to learnResilient in a small high-tech company settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cancer and cancer immunotherapy fieldBD experiences preferred with strong scientific acumenTravel frequency: <25% 职能类别： 其他
