职位描述

岗位职责：1. Generate and review technical documents such as methods protocol, method transfer/qualification/ validation protocols and reports；Perform analytical method optimization, transfer /qualification/ validation and sample testing under cGMP.2. Perform QC in-process/release/stability testing.3. Serve as technical lead to solve technical challenges and support laboratory investigations of OOS/OOT or deviation.职位要求：1. Graduate degree in biochemistry, molecular/cell biology , immunology or related fields.2. Relevant industrial working experience, BS or MS degree with 2+ year GMP experience3. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the following fields3.1.Biochemical assays such as UV, SDS-PAGE,WB, ELISA and qPCR3.2.Experience on developing and characterizing biochemical analytical methods4.
